Conceptual: sculpture, installation, text based, printmaking

My work moves ideas into form, text, speech and action. I promote and enable conversations to take place and I make work about the after-affects and after-images of trauma and kindness. I make image, text and indexical work about female passivity, diagrams and sculpture about the threshold in emotional pain where creativity becomes possible and where it cannot, recorded and live conversations about all of the above and I’m documenting an on-going program of Development v. Maintenance. My work prioritises people and new behaviours over objects. I'm an accredited peer support group facilitator and deliver contemporary art workshops – all of which are conversations.
