Art in motion (AIM) is a participatory arts organisation established in Bristol in 2013. The purpose of AIM is provide opportunities for artists with learning disabilities to engage with contemporary multidisciplinary arts to explore ideas and concepts with a specific focus on heritage, the built environment and sense of place. AIM’s intention is to demonstrate a high standard of creative work with a strong framework of good practice. AIM works in the public realm and provides opportunities for participants to develop skills, knowledge and creativity through engaging in a range of artist-led projects, which it shares with a wide audience through exhibitions, presentations, and screenings.
