Art can make a difference

I am a case in point. Before art my life was a mess. Since art came along my life is getting better. Now using art I try to help other people who have had or are having similar problems to me. I use my art to express the deepest darkest moments of my existance, but also to transform those momments into something physical and tangible so they are out in the open and can be dealt with. Art then takes those awful inner secrets and makes them something else, something pleasurable and in so doing defeats them.

You have the ability to create quite different pieces of work . I like the activity of lines in your designs. This translates into the filigree sculptures

There is an ordering of chaos in the sculptural work - obviously a way of creating a manageable entity to meditate on and deal with.

The interwoven snarled and tangled images are something really unique and special.
